As a big football fan, I love working in the world of sport, and this was one of four campaigns I created for Vero across their sponsorships of the Wallabies and Brisbane Lions. This particular campaign featured the Wallabies.
Vero prides itself on supporting insurance brokers who bring expert insight and a unique perspective to their clients’ businesses. To bring that promise to life, we stepped away from traditional corporate comms and created something raw, authentic, and unexpected.
At the peak of GoPro’s popularity, we strapped 36 GoPro cameras to six Wallabies during an intense training session, capturing the chaos, contact and camaraderie from the inside. The result was a fast, visceral social video that mirrored the sharp, on the ground vision brokers bring to their clients.
The video gained international exposure on Planet Rugby and GoPro’s social channels, and helped reposition Vero as a bold and agile brand to their clients.
