Being ‘always on’.
CommBank had plenty of products, but most customers didn’t know how much the bank could actually help them. With over 90 briefs in one year and no unified strategy, the messaging was scattered. We needed to bring it all together.
‘Another way you can’ was our solution, a flexible platform that worked across the entire retail portfolio. It gave us one clear voice that could adapt to different products and audiences for Everyday Banking, StepPay, Home Loans, Credit Cards and Travel Money.
The idea was simple: show up in everyday money moments and make each product benefit-led. Save smarter. Get more back. Travel better. Each execution became a quick proof point of value.
As Creative Lead, the team and I worked fast. Shooting multiple scripts and stills in a day, pushing efficiency without losing craft. In just three months, we produced over 450+ assets across social, DOOH, print and radio.
By showing up with real value, time and again, we helped shift CommBank from just familiar to truly useful.
