Cashrewards was Australia’s largest cashback platform and needed a brand refresh. The brief was to move beyond being purely transactional and build a real emotional connection with people.
We centred the brand around a feeling everyone knows when they score a great deal – the “Yay” moment. Everyday wins that turn saving money into something that actually feels good.
That thinking flowed through everything. Bolder, brighter colours and a lighter tone of voice, brought to life across TV, OOH, digital and social. And it paid off. The refreshed brand helped Cashrewards add almost a million members in a year, nearly doubling its member base.
